Tech Stack

An animated explainer for GovTech on the Singapore Government Tech Stack, the shared infrastructure underneath the digital services citizens use to interact with public agencies. The brief was to make a system-level architecture story understandable to people who would never see most of it directly. We built the film as a layered animation, starting from the citizen-facing surface (a single transaction) and working downward through the components that make it possible. Made for GovTech’s communications around the system.
