Yellow Springs Virtual Production

A virtual production short for IMDA, demonstrating what the technology can deliver for narrative work that would otherwise be locked out by budget or location. We took on a reimagining of Buddhist Hell, following Lin Xiao Tian through the underworld in a piece built across physical sets and large-format LED backdrops. The brief was less about the film itself and more about the production case it would make to other Singapore filmmakers and producers. Made for IMDA’s virtual production showcase work and its partnership with the local industry.
