The Designer Explains

A series for the DesignSingapore Council that asks four Singaporeans to react to a designer’s award-winning work, then brings the designer in to walk through what they were responding to. The brief was to push past the usual reverence around design awards. The format does the heavy lifting: honest first reactions on one side, the designer’s working logic on the other, the gap between them being the film. Made for DesignSingapore Council’s public-facing work on design literacy.
