A recruitment film for the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (now Singapore Food Agency), built around a single Account Manager, Xiuwen, and a case from her caseload. Mr Toh is a vegetable farmer Xiuwen is helping move from manual operations to monitored, sensor-led management. The film uses that case as the throughline, layering on the larger-than-life flourishes that signal “we know recruitment films are usually boring, this one isn’t.” Made to pull technically capable graduates into a public-service career most of them had never considered.
