Builders Stories Season 1

A profile-driven documentary series for Amazon Web Services’ employer effort across Asia Pacific, putting the builders behind the cloud in front of the camera as people first. The brief was to push past the standard “we’re hiring engineers” film and into something a candidate would watch by choice: what these builders work on, what they care about, why this is the company they chose. Each episode followed one builder across their day and their thinking, with enough room for the work to be specific. Made for AWS’s regional employer presence and recruitment channels.
