Exhale

A narrative film for Sym Academy on emotional regulation in the workplace. The brief was to show what a workplace looks like when emotional intelligence breaks down, then what shifts when teams have the language to repair it. We followed four employees through scenarios most viewers would recognise, then traced the same scenes after Sym Academy’s intervention. The format is built to land with HR teams considering training programmes, but reads as a piece a colleague might watch on their own. Made for Sym Academy’s outreach to corporate clients across the region.
