Tiong Bahru Virtual Tour

World Cities Summit

A virtual tour film for the World Cities Summit, made in the period when in-person visits were not possible. The brief was to let international urban planners and policy delegates experience Singapore’s neighbourhood-scale work from a distance, in a register that would still convey the texture of the place. The Tiong Bahru episode is led by Minister Indranee Rajah, walking through a neighbourhood that holds both heritage conservation and active commercial reuse. Part of a multi-neighbourhood series. Made for the World Cities Summit’s delegate-facing programming.
